Kaitlyn Ridel

Kaitlyn Ridel is a passionate content strategist and consultant specializing in public-sector marketing, policy communications, and issue advocacy. She has worked with Fortune 500s, mid-sized businesses, startups, associations, and nonprofits to create digital content strategies that drive measurable impact and brand growth.


Prior to launching her consulting business in 2025, Kaitlyn led marketing and communications for Free the Facts, a nonpartisan nonprofit that empowers young Americans to learn and to lead. Before then, she spent nearly five years leading digital content and social media strategy for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce where she worked with domestic and international policy experts to advocate on behalf of the American business community.

Prior to her work at the U.S. Chamber, Kaitlyn led white-label content production at Atlantic Media’s Government Executive Media Group (now GovExec) and managed content marketing at FiscalNote, a leader in global policy and market intelligence. She began her career as a journalist and has been published in USA Today, CQ Roll Call, and Cleveland.com, among other outlets. Kaitlyn has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Minors in Political Science and World Religions from the University of Dayton. She is a native of Cleveland and lives in Maryland with her partner and two dogs.
